Workshops, walking and singarounds take place with Rachel and Becky Unthank, with good food to write home about by Unthanks pianist and musical director, Adrian McNally. From the serious business of passing on tradition to the simple joy of singing, The Unthanks are committed and passionate about teaching, sharing and living folk song. Running over 3 days, you can expect harmony workshops, opportunities for joyful chorus singing, chances to learn songs that are close to The Unthanks’ hearts and tradition, we will explore and sing out together in the local landscapes, often incorporating a gentle walk that ends with a cosy pub singing session. We’ll also perform to you in an intimate setting – one of our favourite ways to share stories and songs.
