Promptly at 18:30 we’ll start the AGM, and work through the formal Agenda:

1.       Starting with apologies for absence, declarations of Interest and a welcome to the meeting

2.       Then we’ll ask you to approve the Minutes of last year’s AGM

3.       Then we’ll present to you for your approval the Trustees’ Annual Report & Financial Statements for 2025/6 and answer any questions, and also ask you to approve the appointment of the Independent Examiner for 2027. The Independent Examiner is your guarantor each year that everything in the annual report and accounts has been externally, objectively verified.

4.       Then we’ll update you on Board membership. Two members are standing down having completed their terms, and we will ask your approval to make an appointment to fill one of those two vacancies
