The Summerhill Trust Ltd AGM will take place on THURSDAY 30TH NOVEMBER at 6:30PM 

Below, you will find the Agenda and all additional papers for the Annual General Meeting of our Summerhill Trust, taking place on the evening of 30th November in the Pavilion, to be followed by a community supper.

As with our previous AGM, we have opted to host a Community ‘potluck’ supper again this year. We are encouraging members to bring food to share with fellow residents and community members. There is no obligation to take part in providing food for this supper, but if you wish to bring a dish, please drop a courtesy note to Stu on 07473144332, or hello@summerhilltrust.org.uk so we can gauge the amount of food and highlight any allergies in advance.
